Terms of Service

Effective 17 May 2026.

These terms govern your use of Pharmaonline (“we”, “us”) and the services available at https://pharmaonline.in and https://dashboard.pharmaonline.in. By signing up, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

We provide a software-as-a-service platform for pharma wholesalers and chemists, including invoicing, inventory management, customer portal, schemes, and reporting features. The list of features included in each plan is published on our pricing page.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your business.
  • You're responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for activity on your account.
  • You must give us accurate business information (legal name, GSTIN where applicable, drug license where applicable).
  • One person per email address. You can add additional staff users from the dashboard, subject to your plan's user limits.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to violate any law, including Indian tax law, the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, or your state's pharmacy licensing rules.
  • Resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without a written agreement.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code.
  • Send unsolicited communications to your customers through our SMS gateway.
  • Upload malware, run security probes, or attempt to access data outside your own organisation.

4. Plans, billing and refunds

  • The 14-day free trial requires no payment information.
  • After the trial, you pay the published price for your selected plan, monthly or annually. GST is extra at the prevailing rate.
  • Upgrades are immediate and pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
  • If something is broken in your first 30 days after paying, write to support@pharmaonline.in for a full refund. After 30 days, we don't refund used time.
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.

5. Your data

You own everything you put into pharmaonline. We process it on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time.

6. Our data

We retain ownership of the platform itself — source code, design, documentation, brand assets. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that to you.

7. Uptime & support

  • We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance is announced in advance via email and dashboard banner.
  • Support response targets are listed per plan on our pricing page. Enterprise customers get an SLA in their contract.

8. Cancellation

Cancel from the dashboard at any time. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges after cancellation. Data is retained for 90 days post-cancellation for recovery, then permanently deleted (subject to legal retention).

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll email account owners and post a notice on the dashboard at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
