Never during your 14-day trial. After the trial ends, you'll be charged the monthly or annual amount of the tier you're on. We email a reminder 3 days before the trial expires.
Yes — anytime. Upgrades are immediate and pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you don't lose features you've already paid for.
UPI, credit / debit card, net banking, and NEFT / RTGS for annual invoices. Recurring billing is handled via Razorpay subscriptions with UPI mandate support.
No, GST is extra at the prevailing rate (currently 18%). All prices shown are exclusive of GST.
If something goes wrong in your first 30 days after paying, write to us at support@pharmaonline.in and we'll refund you in full. After 30 days we don't refund used time, but you can cancel anytime and stop being billed going forward.
We'll let you know in-app and via email at 80% utilisation. Above your included quota, SMS is billed at ₹0.18 per SMS at the end of the cycle. You're never blocked from sending — bills just reflect actual usage.
