About us

Modern software for the wholesalers India runs on.

Pharma wholesale is the quiet backbone of every chemist counter in India — and most of it still runs on Excel sheets, hand-written ledgers, and a 30-year-old Windows program. We're here to change that.

Pharmaonline started in 2026 as an internal tool. The founder (Sanket) grew up watching family-run pharma wholesalers spend evenings reconciling cash, stock, and outstanding balances across multiple notebooks. The chemist on the counter would wait three minutes for the bill to print. The owner would spend Sunday morning chasing payments on WhatsApp.

We built the first version for one shop in Pune. It worked. We opened it up to a second business, then a third, then made it multi-tenant. Today, pharmaonline runs as a multi-tenant SaaS with hard-isolated data per tenant, hosted in Mumbai.

We're a small team. We answer support emails ourselves. We ship to production multiple times a week. And we're very opinionated about pricing being transparent, software being fast, and data being your own.
